UX: Path & Process
Context: The client who operates a baking business out of her home needed her website redesigned to make it easier for her to update and manage.
Challenge: How do we create a site for locals in Bend, Ore. that would get potential new clients to pick up the phone and make an appointment? We decided that answering all their questions from products, experience, quality and ability to deliver on time, which were they key questions that customers wanted to know according to our customer analysis.
Responsibilities: Duties included collaborating on concept, site map, visual design, ux research, wireframes and programming the final site.
Approach: Collaborated with client to come up concept, researched customer base and competition, created several high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, comps and then programmed the final site. In the midst of soft-launch of the site with a scheduled final release on Feb. 10, 2013.
