UX: Path & Process





Context: The assignment included doing a competitive analysis in the research phase, prototypes, wireframing, site maps and testing.
Challenge: Create a mobile and desktop site so commuters could order their dinner online so that it would be ready for pick-up from the gourmet burger truck parked at their train stop in Orange County.
Responsibilities: Duties included ux research, interactive design and testing the clickable proto with participants ranging from 17 to 78 years old who took the train, ate out at least once a week and were comfortable using the Internet on their smart phone.
Approach: Researched customer base and competition, created several high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes and tested the clickable prototype among potential users of the gourmet burger truck.
